While we strive for absolute precision in our ‘coordinates’ (data and strategies), the implementation of these roadmaps is a collaborative journey that requires active client participation to reach the desired destination.
2. Intellectual Property & Digital Assets
All strategic frameworks, ‘The Compass’ methodologies, and engineered code provided by North Star remain the intellectual property of North Star Web Solutions until full project completion and final handover. Users are prohibited from duplicating our unique strategy architectures for third-party resale or unauthorized distribution.
3. Limitation of Liability
Digital growth involves inherent variables within the search and social landscape. North Star Web Solutions engineers for authority and visibility, but we do not guarantee specific third-party search engine rankings or algorithmic outcomes. Our liability is limited to the professional execution of the services outlined in your specific Growth Roadmap agreement.
